Reference sheetsStarts at €200.This price includes:
- One full body front view.
- One full body back view.
- One detail closeup (wings/tail/prop/etc).
- One portrait.
- A colour palette.
- Some general info like species, height, pronouns etc. You decide! :)Every additional detail shot is €15 a piece.A third full body view is an additional €75. You can have a maximum of three full body views in your ref sheet.You can mix and match as you like! If you for example don't want a portrait, you can have two detail shots instead of portrait + detail for the same price, and so on. Feel free to be creative!

- The completion time for all commissions is generally 2-6 weeks from the day the payment is received, unless stated otherwise.
- The artist reserves the right to deny a commission, as well as the right to cancel a commission at any time.
- The client is responsible for providing the artist with correct, up-to-date and clear reference images and/or written description of their character.
- Commission work is sometimes streamed live at picarto.tv. If the client does not wish their artwork to appear in a stream, the artist must be informed of this early on.Payment- Payment through PayPal invoices only.
- Payment must be paid up front and in full before the commission is started.
- The default currency used is EURO. If the client would rather pay in another currency, please discuss this with the artist first.Work-in-progress images (WIP’s) and alterations- The client will receive a work-in-progress image (WIP) of the sketch stage for approval. WIP’s of the colouring/painting stages can be provided as well, if requested by the client.
- Major alterations/revisions are only available during the sketch stage. After the sketch has been approved by the client, the artist reserves the right to refuse further alterations. An additional fee may be charged for alterations made after the sketch has been approved by the client.Refunds- A full refund is available if the client cancels the commission before it has been started.
- If the client cancels the commission during any stage after it has been started, the client is entitled a partial refund depending on the completion status of the commission.
- If the artist cancels the commission, the client is entitled to a full refund.
- Refunds will not be available after the commission is complete.Usage and rights- The artist retains full rights to the commissioned artwork, and has the right to display it on any personal website, gallery, social media, journal, portfolio or similar.
- The client retains full rights to their respective character(s).
- The artwork may not be edited beyond resizing and cropping. If the client wishes to edit the piece in any other way, written permission from the artist is required.
- The client may use the commissioned artwork as an icon, header, wallpaper or similar, and post the piece publicly in a personal gallery. If the art piece is displayed publicly, proper credit to the artist should be clearly displayed.
- The client may create prints of the commissioned artwork for personal use.
- The client may not profit from the commissioned artwork. This includes the sale of digital files, rights to the image, physical prints, merchandise etc., however the client may purchase the rights to the image for an additional fee. Please discuss this with the artist if this is something of interest.
